It's been a heck of a handful of months characterized by a frenzy of writing, but my second novel, Lacrima, is scheduled for release on the 30th. If you've been familiar with my writing from fandom or are someone who's following the War Prize series, you're probably wondering what's gotten into me that I've written a modern novel – and a hybrid sort of dark romantic comedy, no less – and I'll give you an honest answer: I have no idea. 

I hope Lacrima will be a fun intermission before release of Surrender in March, which is still on course to continue the story of Zhou Mingzhi and Ren Yujia. For all of you who are thinking, "But how, even?" I'll just have to say, read and find out.
